Keith Tilghman

Founder & CEO

Keith Tilghman started off his insurance career as an Allstate agent in Oklahoma. He purchased a small book of business on January 1st, 2011. Prior to insurance, Keith had a successful 29 year career in the retail industry, serving as a District Manager and Regional Manager for CVS Pharmacy. Getting out of a career that Keith knew most everything about and into a career of selling insurance was a big challenge and a large learning curve to overcome. After working hard to achieve his success, Keith was named Rookie of the Year in 2011, 

Tilghman Insurance Sevices is an Independent Insurance Agency, which means we represent many different companies so we can find the one that is right for our customers. Our goal is to provide insurance with the best prices, while providing the coverage that fits our customer's needs. This way we can assure the highest level of customer service.

 

 

Roma Tilghman is the current business manager and founder of Tilghman Insurance & Financial Services Agency. She started her career in insurance at the same time as her husband, on January 1st of 2011. However, in 2012 she became the main agent for the Allstate office due to a business strategy that enabled Keith to start an independent Agency. From that time, they became not only partners in life but also in business. Roma had previous managing experience while working in the food industry in Oklahoma. After her first child was born, they moved to Texas, where she committed herself to her family and taking care of her 3 children, Tyler, Wesley and Kourtney. Roma is described by her family as a strong, loving and caring person that loves reading books and always encourages her loved ones to follow their dreams and supports them in their endeavours.
