Tilghman Insurance & Financial Services is a corporation that started operations in Edmond, Oklahoma on January 1, 2011. The company is owned and operated by Keith and Roma Tilghman. The corporation was started after Keith purchased an exclusive agency with Allstate Insurance Company.

 

In October 2012, Roma purchased the Allstate Agency while Keith started a scratch Independent Agency. The Independent Agency gave us a broader appetite for commercial business and the ability to save customers who had increases or didn’t fit requirements for claim history.

 

In January  2014, Tilghman Insurance purchased a small Independent Agency in Denison, Texas. The agency is operated by an Agency Manager.
